Please include your full build logs (especially important for this bug), crash reports (if any), test case (to reproduce) and all your version information. The 'An圜PU' platform on the extension should be fine because the supported architecture is the same so you might be having a different issue. I am not getting any build error when creating a new macOS app + share extension.
